Each Holly Court apartment is a large two-bedroom, with approximately 930 square feet of living area. There is one bathroom, a wood-burning fireplace, washer and dryer, and a dishwasher and disposal in each apartment.

There is a greenhouse window in the kitchen, and a large, three-pane sliding door opening to a french balcony, ideal for flowers. These large windows have southern exposure, providing maximum light as well as views of Puget Sound, particularly from the upper floors.

Holly Court

The living room and kitchen have southern exposure. The bedrooms, ideally, have northern exposure, giving you the best of both worlds in summer and winter. The master bedroom and living room also have windows on either the east or west wall, depending on which side of the building the apartment is on.

Because Holly Court is located on a corner lot, you don't look directly out to another building next to you from the south, north, or west windows.

To the south, you look over Holly Street, which is not a main arterial. Across Holly are one- and two-story buildings, mostly single-family homes, so most of the apartments look over these homes, maximizing light and privacy. The upper floor apartments have views of Puget Sound. All of the apartments have a sense of privacy.

The only common wall an apartment shares with a neighbor is along the wall in the utility room. That creates insulation from neighbors, with no apartment adjoining bedroom, or living, or dining room walls, making for a quieter home.

A great location

Holly Court is a quality, well-maintained, small (6-unit) apartment building located in West Seattle's Morgan Street Junction, close to parks, Puget Sound, restaurants, entertainment, and bus lines.

Starbucks, Tully's, and the newest West Seattle Thriftway are just one block away.

Lowman Beach Park and Lincoln Park, with its trails, saltwater swimming pool, and more than a mile-long Puget Sound waterfront promenade are just over one-half mile from Holly Court.

West Seattle is also home to a Community College, schools, numerous parks, the Alki boat launch, miles of waterfront parks, live entertainment, and restaurants in all price ranges.

  • From I-5 turn west onto the West Seattle Bridge (exit 163)
  • Continue across the bridge, going over Harbor Island and the Duwamish River, then continue as it becomes Fauntleroy Way SW
  • You will pass the first stop light at 35th Avenue SW. Stay on Fauntleroy.
  • The 8th stop light is at California Avenue SW. There is a Thriftway on the southeast corner (to your left) and a Starbucks on the southwest corner.
  • Turn left onto California Avenue SW. Holly Court is just one block south, on the west side (right) of the street, at the intersection of California Avenue SW and SW Holly Street.
